Professional Migration Services

• Servers Australia has an in-house team of experienced software, engineering, network and administration experts that combine to provide professional migrations that often require no down time. Our team will assist you to migrate from your on-premise or cloud provider and make sure that you get the best outcomes for your business.

• Migration charges are calculated at our standard rates of $149/hour during standard business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) and $249/hour outside standard business hours, billed in 30 minute increments. The Migration Value is applied as free hours up to the value of $1200 (ex GST).   This is approximately equivalent to 3 hours of standard business hours, plus 3 hours of out-of -hours migration time.  A migration assessment will be done as part of the initial scoping and solution design. Most customer migrations are easily completed within this allocation.

Solution Design and Onboarding Services

• Our team of pre-sales, sales and system engineers will work through scoping and designing the perfect cloud solution for your business. We will guide you through the options and recommended deployment models to suit your business needs and budget. Professional system engineering services cost upwards of $250 per hour and we are including up to 4 hours of cross functional team design and onboarding. This is usually more than enough to design your solution and step through the entire onboarding process.

• Once your design has been finalised and we have worked though your migration needs we are ready to finalise your commercial agreement and then commence the provisioning, build and then the migration. Billing for your service does not commence until after the migration is completed. Once completed, Servers Australia will apply the lessor of $3000 or the total monthly invoice amount (Ex GST) as a discount towards your first month's invoice to help get you started.
